- Constituent states that hot water has been unreliable since december. Since move in hot water tank has been emitting excessive gas. National Grid has come out and advised the owners that it needs to be replaced and has yet to be done. Constituent has two children ages 10 and 12 who are unable to take showers in the morning before school since there isn't hot water.
