Description
Sidewalk is overgrown with leaves, shrubs, broken tree branches. Pedestrians cannot walk on the public sidewalk as branches from the trees are unkept. Overall area needs to be maintained - it is ignored every fall for leaf cleanup and trees are never maintained. Due to its poor maintenance, people will then dispose of trash in the trees and shrubs. Note that this area is part of the city and is likely mistaken as being part of someone’s property but it is not.
