- There is an ABANDONED trailer parked illegally on Rosseter Street in Dorchester since 12:14 am Wednesday morning. The position of the trailer at the bottom of the hill has the potential to cause accidents. It needs to be towed immediately. We have called multiple times and the trailer is still there. It is creating a blind spot for drivers coming down Eldon Street. Why is this trailer still here? We have kids who cross the street every single day.
