- Large rats and bad odor around 55-65 lanark rd apartments in brighton, due to waste deliberately left by thoughtless individuals parked in the area and walking their dogs, making racist comments about COVID-19. I can not walk with my family which includes small children around in strollers who have become sick this month due to this dangerous behavior. It is May, and it is Asian cultural history awareness month and my family are of Asian-Indian descent. Please help.
