- Saw a cockroach climbing the wall inside of a pizza shop called uphams house of pizza. This was behind the desert case where they keep the canoles and the cheese cake. Also the bathroom has been out of order for months and there's nowhere for me to wash my hands and use the bathroom when i'm in need of the bathroom after I eat. Please investigate to see if there is a cockroach problem in the pizza shop and find out if the bathroom can be fixed and opened up so that people can use it when they need to. Also, the waste bucket where you put the paper plates.When you're done eating looks to be really grimy and old.

Noted | A full santiary inspection was conducted, checked the area regarding the complaint and through out no evidence of roaches was observed, establishment has an active pest control company who provides services bi-weekly. A compliance inspection is scheduled 6-13-24 for other cited violations
