- Hello. There is a trash barrel behind 201 D in the parking lot that hasn't been picked up because it has no top. It has been put on curb with no luck. It now weighs a lot and cannot be moved. We get tickets for it but it's not our trash barrel. Please dispose. It's black with no top. |
