- This is a follow up to my unanswered emails to: - Mayor Michelle Wu -Chief of Staff Tiffany Chu -Chief of Operations Dion Irish -Senior Advisor Christopher Osgood -Senior Advisor for Community Safety Isaac Yablo Just wanted to circle back because I am still very concerned that when I called 911 it took at least 90 seconds to reach someone, if not 2 minutes. I initiated the call when the light was still red at Perkins & Jamaicaway. I got a callback at the light at Centre & Creighton. That’s almost exactly .5 miles during 3pm traffic. Fortunately, I have only had to call 911 two times in my life....but I do recall the first time was call was answered immediately (within the first 2 or 3 rings). Is 90+ seconds the n<truncated>
