Description
Everyday the Reelhouse restaurant utilizes public parking spaces for valet parking. They place cones blocking off parking spots during the day for employees and at night use them for valet. The agreed development plan with the city Boston Redevelopment Authority states 14 surface spots - 11 for public use free of charge. This a clear violation from the agreement and what was stated during community meetings with the development of this project. Community resident vehicles have been towed from this location numerous times for the sake of valet parking and employee parking. The Eddy building states it is private property for their employees and restaurant but it is not. This needs to be addressed. Attached is the agreement. Pg 4 - 3rd paragraph and Pg 6 - (k)
