- Good afternoon, Boston 311 and hope you're having a good day. Once again, there are passenger-plated vehicles parked in the "Commercial Vehicles Only" spaces on Thirteenth (13th) Street in the Charlestown Navy Yard. The vehicle are across from 95 13th Street - between First Avenue and the Charlestown Marina. This address may also display as 27 Shipway Place. An out-of-state (NJ plate) automobile was parked here all day yesterday - the same vehicle is back here today. It has been in the "Commercial Vehicles Only" spaces since 10:30 AM this morning.
