- Constituent states the property at 27 russell street pulled permits and has two cones with permits posted on them extending from front of 23-29 russell st. Constituent states these addresses dont have a permit to use space savers. Constituent has put in previous cases to PW to remove the cones but they refer to BTD. the issue has been going on for a month. Constituent states no contractors have been to the property and the cones are just being used to reserves multiple parking spots for the members of 27 russel st. Constituent is requesting CE get sent out to inspect and have some of the cones removed that dont belong there. case ref #101005487943 , 5487120, 5506508 | Witnessed incident: [Yes]
