- we are struggling with the property management to address garbage removal in the backyard, which is attracting numerous rats and emitting a terrible smell. The presence of dead rats indicates a potential health hazard. We do not feel that our concerns are being taken seriously. I wanted to express this here, but I will also file a specific complaint. We live at 2 Redfield St Dorchester MA, 02122. The property manager didn't address the issue despite the numerous complaints from all neighbours. I had to clean some bins myself that were filled with bugs, dead rodents and poop.
