- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states the owners of this auto body shop do not have windows on the back of the garage. States there is broken glass littered onto the back of his property (98 Everett St). Also states that when they are spray painting , the toxic fumes are clouding his backyard and the paint itself is damaging his property. He states that when he was spending time in his yard today, the fumes and paint caused the participants to quickly fall ill and they had to take everyone inside and the food was covered in paint film and smell. States this has happened before and that they have no proper ventilation for spray paint.
