- The constituent states in his backyard there is a branch that fell and its hanging off the wires. The branch is pulling the wires down. Requesting assistance with this matter. I called the troubline line at 7:53am to report this issue. I was told that Eversource will be sending someone to the location. Noted | The city of Boston does not maintain trees on private property. Nor does it remove limbs from private utility lines. Property owner will need to call a private tree company to assist.
