- I am writing to report a significant pothole that caused damage to my vehicle and to seek compensation for the repair costs. Incident Details: Date and Time: 6.11.2024, 10:00 a.m. Location: 138 Berkeley Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02118, United States Damage Details: My vehicle encountered a large pothole at the above location, resulting in two tires and the right front wheel rim being cracked. After the incident, I replaced two tires at the Mercedes-Benz dealership. The next day, I discovered that the right front tire was leaking air. Upon further inspection at the Mercedes-Benz dealership, it was found that the right front wheel rim had developed a crack.
