He and the other residents reached an agreement where the work could be done on the weekends but not overnight a year ago. He received three calls from a ron thompson that works for said company recently. The first call was the constituent being asked if the work could be done. The second call was more of a bargaining approach. The third call was the worker telling the constituent that he doesn't care and got the permit anyway."this amounts to extortion" is the words the constituent used. There are steel plates that are making loud noises waking him up. and he doesn't understand why his summer has to be ruined by the work being done because " the workers are tired and don't want to work. The work in question is being done overnight tonight (6-25-24). The constituent wants them "fined, reprimanded or whatever it is they do'' for the inconvenience he is experiencing.]
