Description
Villa Michelangelo Elderly Assisted Living Facility is getting paid by Timberline Communications to let them install a dish network on the roof. They already put a cell tower there. ISSUE IS they are SHUTTING the power for 3-4 hours on Thursday 7/11 from 11 am until completed and it's going to be a FEELS LIKE OF 95 degrees with humidity. We have bedridden people who cannot get anywhere to stay cool and people with pacemakers and oxygen. Is this even LEGAL??? Can you help us???? The management company Metro Management made money with the cell tower and now they want more money. They do NOT care about the tenants or building. It's much hotter inside than it is outside so it will be grueling to be stuck in here. Is it legal to just shut power on elderly? Just to make money?? What about our refrigerated and frozen food? They say they expect power to be off for 3-4 hours but you know it could be longer. They never fix anything here just cover it up. This place is a disgrace. Simply making money off the elderly but could care less if we died FROM ALL THE MOLD IN HERE. Place is falling apart. Go look at the annex building where the entrance is at Snelling Place and look at the water damage. Mold is in the walls and ceilings etc. | Case (SR) Type: [Elderly Concerns] Referred To: [ELDERLY AFFAIRS COMMISSION]
