Description
Yet another massive car accident at the Portsmouth-Lincoln intersection. Residents and others on 311 have constantly called and posted about the dangers of this street since the recent changes to a two-way — no signage warnings about the pattern change, no posted speed limits, cars allowed to park right up against curbs that were previously no parking and creating gigantic blind spots for drivers — and there are still no signs or changes being made. The recent changes have made this an impossibly dangerous road at all times of day.
