- Good afternoon, There is a large pine tree which has an electrical wire festooned from 84 Carruth St. to the rear side of 410 Gallivan Blvd. The wire is touching large pine branches and when the wind blows, the wire sparks. I'm concerned that this may pose a fire hazard as well as a safety hazard if the wire comes down (pictures attached). The electrical pole on Carruth St. is also leaning significantly and looks like it is going to blow over. Can someone please address this potential fire/safety hazard sooner rather than later?
