Resolved | I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the contractor. Please note that no nails are used for any aspect of the project. Instead, an excavator is used to dig into the ground, gravel is then added, and once compacted, asphalt is applied. The contractor will ensure that any remaining dirt or debris is properly removed. National Grid does not employ the use of nails for any of their services. Thank you for your understanding.
