- Huge rats literally living in this yard.This dirty yard is infested with rodents. Illegal parking. The owner needs to be ticketed until they take care of their property correctly. Too much trash. Looks like a hoarders dumping ground. Bringing property values down every year. Enough is enough. City really needs to step in.
