Illegal Parking

Description: Two RVs have been parked on the street and have not moved for the past few months. Recently, another RV began parking on the street with somenoe living in the RV as well. Under the Massachusetts state law 974 Mass. Reg. 5.03(b)(2), recreational vehicles, camping trailers, and other large noncommercial vehicles shall be parked within a structure or in a lot's rear yard screened from any public way. However, these three RVs, in particular the RV that is parked closest to Adamson Street, are not screened from any public way, especially with someone living in the RV. As a resident living in the area, i feel unsafe by these conditions, especially with unwanted personnel living there when they aren't suppose to in their RV. Please check on these RVs and move them out of the way as it is under MA state law illegal to do so and encourages more RVs to park on the street, making this street an unofficial RV parking lot in the future.
