- There are two homeless people trespassing and littering in an empty parking lot behind the Strand Theater. I also saw about six homeless people leave as I was walking by and they made a mess there before and I had to notify 311 and get that cleaned up a couple of weeks ago. I think the parking lot is city owned land. There isn't a tall enough fence on all sides to keep these people out of the parking lot. Something has to be done to prevent them from hanging out in the parking lot and making a complete mess out of it. Thank you , please act quickly.
