- Hello, I am writing on behalf of Groma Property Management and Groma LLC, (owner and manager of 43 Mount Pleasant Ave. Boston, MA 02119) to report persistent illegal dumping on my property at 43 Mount Pleasant Ave in Roxbury. We have been facing ongoing issues with unauthorized trash, including household garbage and bulky items, being dumped on our property. This situation is resulting in code violations being assessed against us for trash that does not belong to our tenants. Despite efforts to deter this activity, including signage, the problem continues. We urgently request the City’s assistance with enforcement to address this matter. A Attached you will find video evidence of the most recent instances and this camera was installed on 7/24/2024.
