- District 3 Public Works ⚒️🚧⚒️ Honorable Amanda Curley, Chief of Staff, Boston City Councilor Office of John Fitzgerald, District 3, DSNI, Uphams Corner Main Streets and other interested parties, what are the plans to help improve the quality of life and public safety concerns surrounding the unacceptable and dangerous sidewalks conditions on Dudley Street from Columbia Road to the MBTA Bridge. These conditions have been ignored for many years at the expense of multiple residents injuries. Some of these injuries have been life-changing for our residents. The picture below depict rubbish and missing bricks in this area could you send out the appropriate to please clean up and repair the bricks as soon as possible. This is my fourth or 5th 311 submitted on these issues and they're still have not been any movement and trying to rectify these quality life and public safety issues. I'm sure I was City council representative have stood firmly on improving the quality life and Public safety of his constituents, the Uphams Corner residence are still waiting. Please be mindful that the city is in federal violation of the Disability Act of America because of these broken sidewalks. Please help us come in compliance with this most important Act of America.
