Description: 107 St Andrew Rd East Boston is an Illegal Air B & B... Just as 105 Same house!! Person living in 107 is Renting and rules state Air B&B are to be Owner Occupied!! So either he is doing this on his own or the OWNER who Had Not and Does not live in the home he owns has Issac doing short term rental for him... Or Issac is doing it on his own.... Either way... IT IS ILLEGAL!!! Is ISD operating or not neighborhood has been complaining for Over Two Months
