There is ONE valid STR permit for this home (STR398048). There are now 3 units of STR, three loft space beds (two illegal) and multiple beds in windowless closets and storage rooms. One front hall has two beds (one in a closet) and a hammock blocking a fire exit! Between the three units in this 4 bedroom home there are 30 listed beds with guest space advertised for up to 28 people at a time. This owner does not have a residential abatement for this property and doesnt seem to be a resident. Where would she live with her 4 kids and 28 other people in her "home"?
