- Unsure how this place, June Homes, has been allowed to exist/thrive with the state rooming house law/city short term lodging ordinance! Per their web site, the average Allston bedroom is $1300! Affordable housing...?! Plus, it takes short term housing off the market, jacking up rents. Note: you cannot see exact addresses on their web site, so my map address is close to Allston Village.
