- Rat problem. Each tree pit has a new rat hole, and one of the sidewalk pieces has lifted up and also has a new rat hole under it. (Pictured). PROBLEM IS ENTIRE BLOCK FROM W NEWTON TO RUTLAND. From Liquor store to restaurant with outdoor dining to corner. This area was treated a few months ago. Sadly they’re back.
