- Large old tree directly in front of my house shedding bark skin and mold, looks infected and possible dying tree, limb and other debris are constantly falling off, one big branch fell directly to my car and has caused damage, and other large branches look like it could break and fall at any moment, especially during strong wind, sidewalk has popped up caused by its tree root rising, it is also near the street pole electrical wires. | Is this a City owned tree situated on the sidewalk: [Yes]
