- The dumpster at the excel high school is always overflowing. The janitors are suppose to lock the fence around it but they never do. Complete laziness. People pull up in their cars and put all kinds of things in there. Please speak to high school about locking the fence. This is actually nothing compared to what it sometimes looks like. People throw mattresses and all kinds of other furniture in there. No wonder we have rats..
