- Hello. Between all of the utilities, it is taken 2 1/2 years to replace this broken pole and remove the old one. As you can see from this picture, the communications company with the wiring on the bottom row did not properly move their box from the old pole to the new pole. They simply took the junction box and tie, wrapped it to the existing cables, creating an high sore and further blighting in the area. Is it possible for whomever is in charge of quality control to properly mouth this box off of the hanging wire and onto the pole? The job would finally be complete The first two photos show how it’s done, and The third photo shows how it is on every other pole in the neighborhood, box mount to the pole, not blocking the view from the porch. :-) | Case (SR) Type: [Cable/Telephone/Broadband Issues] Referred To: [Broadband and Cable Office]
