- **Alleys at this location are private; BTD has no enforcement capability The group of 8-10 men has been illegally parking in this "no parking" space next to the dumpster in the alley behind 125 Peterborough St. daily for the past 2.5-3 weeks, from as early as 8am to as late as 10pm. They are extremely disruptive, loud, and rude. They're there when I wake up and when I go to bed and I cannot take it anymore. My building can't do anything to help because this is city property.
