- Constituent states that trees and bushees growing on MBTA property from the Red line are extremely overgrown, making the sidewalk along Beach St nearly impassable and also blocking all light from street lights on Beach St. There is a fence marking where the MBTA property ends and City sidewalks begin that the greenery is growing through. Constituent is concerned that this makes travelling on the sidewalk dangerous.
