- RATS! Many, many rats. Garbage stored improperly with at minimum a dozen rats running around. While I was there someone tossed a full bag of garbage out the third floor window. This is absolutely disgusting. Rats are literally all over the rear of property off Haverford. Why is this never addressed? Not the first time it’s been reported. Unsanitary, unhealthy, repulsive. Not fair to our neighborhood.
