- Many years ago the family who lived at 14 Islington St petitioned the city to create the handicapped parking space in front of their house. Sadly Mr. Haggerty passed away last year and the family has moved on. The house will be sold this fall. Is it possible to change the spot back to a regular resident sticker spot. There isn't enough parking and the handicapped spot is always empty (it was Mr. Haggerty's parking space). As always, thanks so much.
