- Illegal short term rental. This is a two unit condo building and the owner on the first floor has had to deal with parties, an arrest, and just loud nuisances. The listing is apparently down on Airbnb but he is still taking rentals on VRBO. The photos show that he has people booked for September and October even though he ha acknowledged it’s illegal. What are our options?
