Description
Someone is back to tying string around pigeons legs. Thank God I have my eye glasses and fine scissors to remove the string when I am able to catch the bird. I just caught a newborn pigeon and removed an 18 inch long screen tied to its ankle with black string in the Central Burying Grounds.
