Description
My neighbor at 13 River Street in Mattapan has neglected the upkeep of their property for many years. Consequently brush is wildly overgrown and there are numerous piles of trash throughout the property. Additionally the absence of a secured barrier at either the rear of the lot, or at the River Street gated entrance, creates a security risk to neighboring properties such as mine as it allows for unfettered access for our unhoused population or vagrants who pass through the area.
