- This car has been parked illegally (wrong side of the road, and up on the sidewalk in front of our house) for 8 days/ nights. They leave a couple times during the day but come back and park there overnight. They are residents of 85 Walnut Street and have been unresponsive when asked to move or told that that is not a parking spot. When cars are parked on both sides, it is difficult for regular passenger cars to get by. There has been two instances where regular passengers cars have not been able to pass by due to their parking. It is impossible for commercial/ delivery vehicles to pass on the road. They have gotten stuck or had to park back and walk to deliver. The road is narrow as is and this has made travel in our neighborhood difficult! Located in Port Norfolk. Neighbors are concerned!
