Resolved | Sorry for the inconvenience, we do understand how this can be frustrating but due to the ongoing utility work in this area the contractor must leave the area left down embedded until it’s time to complete the final pave. The reason being that the contractor is going to dig back into the area before the job is completed. Once again sorry for the inconvenience.
