Description
A neighbor operates a car repair shop on a public street—near #10 Southbourne Rd in JP. It’s illegal and has been happening for many, many months. He uses traffic cones, car parts, + tires as ‘space savers’ during the evening hours. Work generally begins in the early evening and continues into the night, although not EVERY day. There are large stains on the road—oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, etc. These fluids wash down the storm drain, and into the Charles River.
