Description
Constituent is a resident of South Boston who is currently serving with the Army National Guard. Constituent has a work vehicle provided to him for assignments that require immediate response. Therefore it is essential that the constituent has access to his vehicle at all times, makeing residental parking for his vehicle required. However, the company vehicle is registered out of the City of Boston and technically inelligable for a residental parking permit despite the constituent being a South Boston Resident.
