- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states AZ Auto stores vehicles on side streets Melvin, Carol and Summit Ave. States melvin is especialy abused because it is not a resident parking street. States shop has keyes to cars hanging on the wall inside with tags on them stating what street they are parked on.]
