- These steel plates have been in the middle of the road since Thursday sept 12, 2024 creating very hazardous conditions in road today is sept 14, 2024 for days these plates have taken up residence parking spaces for no reason not covering any hole or anything yet very few residents parking needed this is abusive behavior in Mission Hill neighborhood permits are rules to be followed for days this has been safety issue the steel plates are located around a curve in the street very dangerous especially at night
