- At the new apartment building on Lincoln there are 6-8 cars illegally parked on street every time I drive by (twice a day.) they park in the striped zones and on the asphalt outside of both the parking areas and striped areas. With Lincoln experiencing a significant volume increase this is adding to the chaos and making it generally unsafe. There are frequently delivery or rideshare cars parked in the roadway itself, I assume because there’s no place for them to pull over since cars are parked in the striped zones.
