- Maybe BTD can enforce the rules of Resident Only Parking on this section of Webster Street in East Boston.. It’s the same Non Residents still parking well over the two hour limit. I only been reporting this to 311 well over a month or even longer,just curious when we as tax paying residents get a chance to park in or near there resident.. Seems like they don’t want to do their job…
