- There is a construction project going on at 80-84 Baxter Street in South Boston. According to the city's database (and the sign still posted on the door), they had a street occupancy permit for 84 Baxter which expired September 1st. It's now almost a month past that date and they are still using their BTD-issued No Parking signs attached to orange cones; they've just removed the stickers that show start and end dates and replaced them with a handwritten "Mon-Sat 7am-5pm" with no dates. I'm just curious whether this is actually allowed or if the signs can be ignored unless they get another valid permit.
