- I am writing in regards to a $90 parking ticket I received at 1:18 a.m. at 3 Bartlett Street in Charlestown last week for no “stopping or standing”, I am including pictures since I don’t quite know the purpose of the no stopping or standing sign since there is an oversized flower box totally blocking the alley entrance preventing any vehicle from accessing this alley. Parking in this town is horrendous I’m barely over the curb cut & I’m not quite sure what my vehicle would be blocking since the flower box is preventing any access to this alley. I would like to make the BTD aware of this issue
