- Description
- Crossing in crosswalk at Atlantic and State St with several other pedestrians during the white walk signal when a livery driver in a large SUV driving fast crossed into the cross walk weaving between pedestrians. Then parks in front of Marriott hotel long wharf. So there was no reason for speed. This is dangerous for pedestrians especially when city officials try to call Boston a Walking” city. This is a moving violation. Sign states “yield to pedestrians.” See pics of driver and the drivers car and license plate. And he verbally harangued me while I took pics, implying guilt. I hope there are cameras at this intersection for your review. This intersection needs “concurrent turn signals” turned off in this densely populated and tourist area. | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Traffic/Parking] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA A-1]
