Description: There is a car that parks on our street in the same place every day. The spot is forever occupied. The man who drives the car does not live here - he is relatives with a family that lived next door to us but moved out a year ago. He drives his SUV behind his pike truck, moves his pike truck, then drives his SUV in, and vice versa. There has never, in the last 4 years, been another car that can park in that spot. If you come by this street you will always find one of his two cars in this spot. His truck plates are from North Carolina. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we have a 3 year old and we have had to park blocks away in order to have a spot because this car is always there. While he swaps cars, there is effectively an abandoned vehicle in that spot. We have spoken to him several times and he has no intention of parking somewhere else. We have extensive photos documented this on a near daily basis.
